1. Service Provider Identification
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of consulting services from Syntax Tech Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with registered address at 6407 Magnolia St, Milton, FL 32570, United States and Employer Identification Number (EIN) 32-0862520. 2. Services
We provide technology consulting services for startups and SMEs, including: Fractional CTO & Technology Strategy, Cloud Migration & Systems Implementation, Process Automation (RPA & Low-Code/No-Code), and Cybersecurity & Risk Management. Our entry engagement is the 10-Day Express Diagnosis & Risk Audit, a fixed-scope assessment that ends with a prioritized roadmap delivered to the client.
3. Quotes and Contracting
Every engagement is defined in a written proposal or order form that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. The proposal is valid for 15 calendar days from its issue date unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed when the client accepts the proposal and completes the initial payment.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless expressly agreed otherwise and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners and the local payment methods they support. We never store your card or banking credentials on our servers. Work begins once the initial payment is confirmed; deliverables are released according to the payment schedule defined in the proposal. Full payment of any invoice is understood as confirmation that the services described in the corresponding proposal have been received in full and conform to the agreed scope.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel an engagement before any work has started and receive a full refund of amounts paid. Once work has started (kickoff meeting held, access granted, or any deliverable or draft produced), payments made are non-refundable, as our services consist of professional time and expertise already rendered. Full payment of the total service price confirms that the service has been completed and received in full conformity with the agreed scope, after which no refund may be requested. To request a cancellation or refund, write to contact@syntaxtc.com including your name, company, and the service purchased. Approved refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.
6. Delivery and Timelines
Estimated timelines are stated in each proposal (for example, 10 business days for the Express Diagnosis). Delivery dates may be adjusted when the client delays providing required information, access, or approvals. We will notify you promptly of any schedule change.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely access to the systems, documentation, and personnel reasonably required to perform the services, and to designate a point of contact with decision-making authority.
8. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables (reports, roadmaps, configurations, and documentation) become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methodologies, templates, frameworks, and know-how, which are licensed to the client for internal use.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public technical, commercial, or financial information disclosed during the engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of the contracted services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our services are advisory and implementation in nature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amounts actually paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santa Rosa County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Last updated: September 2026.
